To find out if you live in the 42nd District go to www.elections.il.gov and choose District/Official search. Then put in your address.
To see a map of the district look under "Candidates" and choose "Running for Office." There is a "Maps and Descriptions" choice in the Election Information section. Click on "Representative Maps," then select District 42 to download a pdf file map and detailed boundary directions.

On August 19th the Indo-American Democratic Organization voted to
endorse Vlahos for State Representative.
On July 29th the Illinois Federation of Teachers and its West Suburban Teachers Union Local 571 announced its endorsement of Kathryn
Vlahos for District 42 Representative.
On July 26th the Democratic Women of DuPage County
announced that Vlahos has received its endorsement.
